Awful
I had to move here in a rush, otherwise I would have found some place better
This was one of the worst apartments I ever lived in. When I moved in the entire apartment was dirty, there were boogers on the walls, multiple things were broken, and there were multiple big holes in the walls, and the toilet was dirty, and the toilet seat was broken. (come to find out from my neighbor that the manager and her 5+ family members were living in my one bedroom up until the DAY that I moved in.) The AC... did not work for the first month that I lived there, they "fixed" it but it never actually worked. Maintenance took weeks to show up, often just closing your request and never showing up to fix the issue. There was usually no hot water if the water was even on (it was a common occurrence for it to be off for up to 12+ hours when they were "fixing" the hot water). The pool was always empty with moss growing in it, they advertised a "pool party" multiple times during the summer, but again, there was no water in the pool at any point while I lived there. While I was in the process of moving out maintenance came in and stole items out of my apartment while I was gone for a few days. My neighbor witnessed this, once I confronted the management they said they had no idea what happened and "found" some of my items by the dumpster a few days later after I called the cops. Once I moved out they told me that I didn't pay a real deposit (this was not explained to me upon moving in) and charged me for many things that were broken when I moved in, which they knew were broken when I moved in because of the multiple emails that were sent to them, as well as the form you fill out when you move in, (which they said they "never received" but I received a email saying they had it.
