it’s fine.

The property is okay but just feels dirty walking through it I noticed a lot of trash and other renters personal item’s scattered. The inside is renovated but anything but a good job everything that had a problem also had an excuse. The staff was friendly in person however was very hard to reach they made empty promises about calling about information or even returning calls after you tried to reach them. Overall very unprofessional but I’ve seen worst.

Not the best but could be worse

The apartments are owned by Bella asset management and the HQ is based out of Houston. You are required to have renter’s liability insurance on top of your reny, along with pest control and waste fees. The rates increased for no reason. Recently painted but horrible paint job. Seems as if they hired the cheapest crew possible. Will do patch work inside apartment instead of fixing the issue. Overall, it’s typical for east Tulsa and overpriced. Rent at your own risk now that you have the details.

Extremely rude!!!!!!

I had the worse experience of my life living here due to dishonest staff...poor maintenance and very disrespectful people in corporate...take my advise and do not rent from this terrible complex!!!
