It's okay. Maintenance is great, and the office are usually helpful. Apartments are nice. Landscaping maintenance is obnoxiously frequent and loud.

Timberhill Meadows is a lovely place to live, especially if your apartment looks out on to the wetlands. Coming from the country, I still have a hard time parking straight. And, I fear we are louder than we should be, but our neighbors are very nice and haven't asked us to pipe down ... yet.

I have lived here for 5 years. It has a nice view, deers and neighbors. However, the rental price has increased each year. Quite expensive though.
