The Arden is unable to keep up with tenant maintenance requests. I was hopeful with new property management Greystar the situation would improve. Unfortunately, there is a lack of communication with tenants. With focus on providing tenants with treats and goodies in office versus resolving maintenance and cleanup of property. There is still no dumpster available by my building for nearly 1 year.

The Arden recently has come under new management, Greystar, and they have been great to work with. The staff is friendly and helpful, they communicate well.
