This is not the worst apartment I've ever rented but it's in the top two. Between the dog owners not cleaning up after their animals and nobody in the office seeming to care to do anything about it to the constant $300-$400 water bill since we signed the lease because they can't seem to fix water leaks that are all over the property but they swear we're going to get a credit at some point in the future they're going to have to mail it to my next department because it won't be here. The... maintenance being unskilled and unable to work after 3:00 p.m. this last snow we got they put small piles of ice melt on the covered stairs that saw no ice or snow and did absolutely nothing for any of the walkways besides in front of the rental office. They took two attempts to fix something simple plumbing related before they had a plumber come in at extra expense to fix it in 2 minutes I am so done with this place and we'll celebrate the day I move out.

We are very hopefully that we have finally found the leak that has caused the increase in our water... usage. Please expect to see repairs in the next coming weeks.
