I moved to Portland from out of state and Shawnda has been incredible before during and after the move. I have lived here for a month and a half now and I absolutely love it here. Administration is friendly and responsive. The resident portal is easy to navigate. The apartment itself (I live in a studio) is well made, quiet, and beautifully open with a lot of natural light (thanks to the amazing floor to ceiling windows). I was also pleasantly surprised by the good amount of storage despite the... size of the apartment. The communal spaces are clean, and the only negative I can think of is that the noises from the hallway carry through the door very easily but it is not very disruptive. This is also a very central and pet friendly area with a park a block away and a dog park a half mile away; not to mention the grocery store, shopping centres, restaurants, and pharmacy just blocks away as well. I am very pleased with this apartment complex, and I think that it is also pretty affordable especially given its location. Lee mas

Very friendly staff. Breathtaking views, wonderful rooftop and amenities. It has everything you need! Carol the manager was so efficient during every step of the process.

Carol and Melissa were wonderful and took such good care of me from application to move-in. I feel so comfortable living here, and I love how accessible so many lovely restaurants and boutiques are walking distance from here. V happy! :)

The building is amazing. The location is amazing. The apartments are amazing. The management team however wont remember you, wont answer the phone, and. wont answer emails. So if you like feeling anonymous and unimportant, live here!

No security. Two floors of weekend renters. Common areas are routinely trashed and rules ignored. Avoid.
