Bottom Line: The Heartline Building is home to the best community in Portland, Oregon.

I moved in April of 2020. I signed a years' lease sight unseen due to the pandemic; it's safe to say my expectations have been exceeded by leaps and bounds. The team here is professional and prompt with requests. The apartments are soundproof and well appointed. Views are incredible. A special shoutout to Lesley, the best property manager I have ever... dealt with. This community is EXTREMELY lucky to have her.

If you're looking for an apartment in Portland, don't think twice. You've found your home.

The Heartline is well maintained, great customer service, helpful, very genuine office staff, and always good communication with tenants.

The location is perfect, walkable and close to everything, lots of coffee shops and restaurants.
