I’ve had 3 different property manager during my time in 3 years. I’ve had a good and decent experience. Maintenance has been great. The building isn’t loud or noisy as the pets and most young professionals live here.

My apartment is affordable, modern, and so quiet! And seeing other people's pets as I come and go is an added bonus. The staff is nice and ready to answer any questions you have.

Communication is definitely not the greatest here...
Supposed to be moving in pretty soon but no one has gotten back to me regarding insurance, security deposit, or even the lease.

Great move in so far and was very fast to get in here. Taz is very kind and helpful as well as the maintenance manager fixes anything very quickly.

Very quiet and repairs are quick. Building safety needs to be improved because it is way too east to get inside even if you don't have a key.
