As previously mentioned, I am so happy with staff being very nice and accommodating. The apartment itself was spotless when moving in and the whole appearance of the building and interior hallways, lifts are just so we'll maintained. I feel validated as a person among peers

This is a very nice place for walking to the store a few blocks away and close to mass transit. The building is laid out well and has good lighting inside.

We have lived here for almost 15 years. Most of them good experiences. The location is excellent, close to Mass transit and walking distance to grocery store.
Homeless getting into the building continues to be a problem. But it is also a problem all over the Portland area. We could use more video cameras so that Managment can see all the areas of our building.
