It's not hard to see why they were sued for 20 million dollars
If you're looking for somewhere to live, Wimbledon is not even worth considering.
I chose Wimbledon because I THOUGHT it was my cheapest option. However when you factor in the property damage, theft, and wasted time, Wimbledon has cost me MUCH MORE than nearby options would have. Save yourself the money and the headache - choose somewhere else.
This doesn't even mention the black mold, rude and innatentive staff, filthy pools, trash and litter, constant water and internet outages, horrible... appliances, and nonfunctional laundry facilities.
Don't take it from me, they have already been sued for twenty million dollars over negligance. Their track record is awful.
Still considering living here? Well here's a tip for you: if you ever need to get in contact with the leasing office for any reason, call repeatedly, over and over and over again, until somone finally answers. They will never respond to messages that you leave them or to emails, so don't even bother with that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We strive to provide a quality living experience for all residents and take your concerns seriously. Regarding water and internet outages, these were tied to necessary property upgrades, and we communicated... timelines whenever possible. Our laundry facilities are serviced regularly, but repairs require specialized vendors, which can cause delays. Additionally, our pools are cleaned weekly, and our team inspects the grounds daily. We understand the importance of addressing concerns promptly and encourage you to reach out to us directly at (503) 233-4461 to discuss any unresolved issues.
