Heater broke around 8pm and maintenance wouldn’t come til next day.Even when I had a newborn in the apartment!!
Could also hear the neighbors going at it, thin walls drove me insane

The building I live in now, I lived in (on the other side) about 30 years ago. About 6-7 years ago the landlord, at that time, renovated, gutted, the entire building. On a quiet Saturday afternoon, I took a look at one of the new apartments, and moved in 3 weeks later, into that very apartment. I never had anything all brand new before. Even the laundry room and mailboxes were new. I feel very safe here. Have made friends with alot of the other tenants and we all look out for each other. ... My neighbors are all good people, no problems at all. Maintenance is awesome, they are on call 24-7, and if its not an emergency, they are still here the same day to fix whatever the problem is. I don't have a care in the world living here! Lee mas
