Renter Beware!
I am a current tenant at this place and you do not want to live here. The rent is way to high for what you get. You have to take care of your yard as the landlord does not provide landscaping. You have to pay for trash collection as the landlord does not provide this either. You pay for the trash and sewage directly to the landlord, these are not in your name and not sure if I am being billed the correct amount each month. The utilities are sky high. For such a small place I pay around $300-$350... a month in utility costs. The air conditioning does not work right and will run up your electric costs and also heating costs. Just be aware and ask tons of questions before signing. I will be moving at the end of my current lease.
