Staff are always friendly, the property is well maintained and kept clean, pool area and courtyard are nice, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Residents are friendly.

Cons:
-Thin walls which seems to be the norm now with newish buildings. Sometimes have to sleep on the couch.
-People driving too fast inside the parking garage and the turns never seem wide enough to accommodate two vehicles passing each other at the same time, so always paranoid about getting hit every time I see... someone coming around the corner.
-No functioning buzzer system to let guests in, which requires one to walk downstairs. Lee mas

-People driving too fast through the parking garage and the garage doesn’t seem wide enough around the turns to accommodate all of the SUVs and trucks in today’s world, so always paranoid about... getting hit when someone comes around the corner.

1400 main is a very nice apartment complex with great amenities. For example, the gym has all the necessary equipment to get a great workout. The complex is very clean and the management responds to any maintenance request. They even do jobs outside of their scope as in helping move furniture in or out of an apartment unit. The community is quiet, safe and located in a great area close to the highway and shopping area.

I had a terrible experience living here. Starting on my move in day, the unit was was no where near clean and smelled like rotten milk. Shay, the building manager came up to the unit and said it looked and smelled fine even though another employee of the building said it was bad. I had to clean and deodorize it by myself.

The walls are PAPER thin. I could hear everything from my neighbors fighting, to their Netflix shows.

Be careful entering the building through the parking garage. They don’t... clean up the laminate floors after it rains or snows. I fell walking into the building TWICE.

I didn’t leave based on that above. I had to leave because my job demanded it, no choice. When I called shay to let her know I was ending my lease, I had the largest attitude thrown back to me. She knew it was not my choice to leave as I had told her, but she still treated me unlike anyone should be treated.

My new apartment complex needed proof of residence before I left and shay wouldn’t sign off until I signed her document, which is not legally required. My now apartment said they felt SORRY for me because I had to deal with them. Who knows what was said.

Yeah the apartment is nice, it has nice countertops and a pool. But looks aren’t everything. The negative reviews are spot on. Only pompous people would agree that the staff are perfect. I caused zero issues and yet they treated me like I was trash. So happy I left. Lee mas

This is a beautiful property with awesome amenities. The staff is phenomenal and a real pleasure. Since AJH Management took over the property in June, there have been great changes for the better. The staff is so creative and always coming up with new things ideas to do for the residents. The resident events are really fun and exciting!
