Park Lane Apartments

This building is a split house divided into three apartments. We get along very well with those that we share the house with. Most neighbors keep to themselves. There is also a decent amount of parking per tenant, approximately 2 spaces. It is on the main route through Gilbertsville and Boyertown so there is a lot of passerby traffic. The positive side to this is that there are many places to go that are very close. There are multiple gas stations, restaurants, fast-food places, as well as... a bar in walking distance. It is an affordable apartment for young people just starting on their own, which is exactly what we are doing! Lee mas
