Convenient Location, Good Amenities, Spacious Apartment
It's a functional apartment in a great community, offering space, amenities, and convenience at a fair price.
The location is a winner. A quick one-minute walk to the train station means a hassle-free commute. Ardmore is a short 15-minute walk or 5-minute train ride away. Downtown Philly is just 30 minutes by train. Parking available too (added monthly fee).
The spacious apartments have great natural light, thanks to loads of windows. Hardwood floors add charm. Heat is covered in the rent and... A/C units are included.
The building superintendent is great and has taken care of us. This apartment is great value for the money.
