Skye 750 Apartamentos

I enjoy living at Skye 750. I find the look of the property and amenities to be an excellent value compared to the surrounding area. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

My experience thus far has been great! The apartment is beautiful, I never want to leave!

Skye 750 has water issues nearly every year and it’s ridiculous. We didn’t have hot water for 2 weeks and when I would contact to ask when it would get fixed, they’d say it’d be the next day over and over again and it still wouldn’t be fixed. For the price that these rooms are at, I would much rather pay the same elsewhere and not have to deal with cold water during WINTER. When I was first moving in, i had to call at least 20 times just to talk to someone. Someone would take a message and say... they’re going to call back, and never would. That should’ve been my first sign that this place doesn’t care about the people who live here. And once I had signed my lease, I’d call to ask about room details since I lived out of state and they just simply wouldn’t pick up. I don’t recommend this place due to its poor care for their tenants. Lee mas

N/A - again I feel like I can't leave a detailed review since I haven't officially started living here. I've been moving in very slowly/gradually. I hope that I'll love it as much as I initially do!

I moved to the area not knowing anything or anyone, upon touring Skye 750 I felt an overwhelming sense of community and belonging. Living here the past two years, the original impression I got has not changed, if only gotten better. The staff and management is a large contributor to this, in addition to the overall style/ feel of the apartment building, unit, and amenities. I wish I could take the complex, along with all the staff, and transplant them to the next city I will be moving to.
