No communications ,no explanation of unreasonable charges
I extended my lease 3 months in july got charged 123 no notice fee on Aug 2nd and 225 carpet cleaning fee ( carpet is perfectly clean). I was trying to pay all that along with my rent on Aug 31st ,couldn't make the payment because the payment page on the portal have been locked by there accountant for being late on 123 payment,I emailed the manager ,monday was labor day so I called them back and find out that they will only take cashier check or money orders.while my son was got the... cashier check and got to the office the manager told him that you have now pay another 179 late fee.I asked to talked to the upper management , was told you have to write to a P.O Box.I always pay the rent before the 1st and did so aug rent by paying everything on July 29th ,Anything between Aug 2nd to Aug 31st I assumed had to paid my sep rent which I tried to do on Aug 31st.
