As a whole my resident experience needs a lot of work. My apartment is great. But there are many things that need to be brought up in standard.
The parking lot corridors looks dystopian. We didn’t know that we would have to use that entrance everyday.
The community feel is not present! People will speak and greet each other but there isn’t any warmth and energy on the property. I didn’t realize that from the tour we took before moving in.
The gym amenities are so out dates.
The sauna is... OUT OF SERVICE.
The entry gate is always broken.
You have guards that sit in their heated vehicles ALSEEP at the main gate when the gates are broken.
I don’t understand how anyone can offer this as customer service.
Parking lot system isn’t a system.
Another resident parked in our spot more than once.
