Rachel, thanks for taking the time to review our community. I’m certain you will find that you made a great decision. The community was constructed by the same family that manages the property today. They care, and make clear to every member of the... team the need to go beyond what we are required to do to give our residents a world class experience. They also continuously invest in the property to enhance not only features such as flooring and cabinetry that are seen by the public, but features perspective residents take for granted like fire and security. As the manager, I get sent copies of all applications, (the ultimate decision to approve or not approve an application is done by our credit review team); I noticed that your husband spent a career in the military, and I personally want to say thank you for his service. Our veterans have a special place in our hearts. We have partnered for many years now with Homes for Our Troops, and organization that works to build barrier free housing for veterans. We make a contribution on behalf of every new resident to Home for Our Troops. Our new residents love the idea (especially our veterans), and we feel like we are making a difference. We are delighted that you were pleased with the presentation of your new home. We work very hard to make sure each and every new home is delivered to a level we ourselves would be happy to move into. The weather was perfect today. Hopefully, you will... have some time to relax and enjoy the weather, and perhaps even catch some sun by the pool. This is a great community, and it's located in an area that is very convenient to major highways, public transportation, restaurants, schools, parks, and shopping (food, groceries and other services). It’s a wonderful community, nested and embedded in green beautifully landscaped surroundings. As I have many times, we have an AMAZING team of dedicated staff (Inna is one of many bright, caring and dedicated team members) men and women. I agree the VIP kitchens with self-closing doors and drawers, easy reach cabinets and black granite tops combined with our new floating wood flooring are magnificent. They make a super large apartment, look bright and even larger. Combined with a... superior layout, high level construction materials, great architectural design, superior craftsmanship, and superb support team and you begin to understand how special the Ambassador Apartment community is. I come to work every day enthusiastic, and grateful to be part of the support team. We really appreciate it when new or old residents share their experiences with families that are just beginning their search for a new apartment home. Our great community is located within walking distance of gyms, grocery stores and drug stores, and minutes from rail stops or access to I95 or the PA Turnpike.
