Ambassador Apartments

Thanks for your wonderful review. As happens at all apartment communities, work relocation and family needs sometimes require our residents to relocate, however, it’s amazing how many return to live in our communities once the need and influence of... the original motivating factors that led them to move subside or simply change. This past week we welcomed you back to the community after having been away for many years. Likewise, we welcomed back this month another resident who had moved away years ago as well. It’s a testament as to how special the community and staff are, that wonderful families and individuals like yourself felt so highly of our community that as changes in circumstances in their lives too place once again, and returned them to Philadelphia, they returned to the Ambassador Apartments. I delighted to hear that you love your new home, and were pleased with its preparation and finishes. The apartment was upgraded to our new VIP collection which features new Whie Shaker kitchen cabinets, jet black granite top, new wood floor, and new... vanity and medicine cabinets. Rachel, thanks for taking the time to review our community. I’m certain you will find that you made a great decision. The community was constructed by the same family that manages the property today. They care, and make clear to every member of the... team the need to go beyond what we are required to do to give our residents a world class experience. They also continuously invest in the property to enhance not only features such as flooring and cabinetry that are seen by the public, but features perspective residents take for granted like fire and security. As the manager, I get sent copies of all applications, (the ultimate decision to approve or not approve an application is done by our credit review team); I noticed that your husband spent a career in the military, and I personally want to say thank you for his service. Our veterans have a special place in our hearts. We have partnered for many years now with Homes for Our Troops, and organization that works to build barrier free housing for veterans.
