Fees and lies
I moved in April 1st this year. so far, they lied to me about whose name the PECO bill was in (after PECO required the full lease to put the bill in my name thanks to a previous tenant refusing to pay their bill and I had to wait for corporate to sign the lease), which resulted in my power being out for just under a week and losing all sorts of groceries from my refrigerator and freezer. The bath tub finish is shoddy garbage. It peels off on my feet every time I shower. I notified the office a... month or more ago, no follow up, nothing has been done. I have called twice to ask about it and was told they "have a work order." For a second time, I come home from work and my sink is clogged. I checked the disposal and the trap, neither are the cause of the clog. Last time I put a 15 foot snake down the drain and couldn't get to the clog, a couple weeks ago. They claim they "fixed" it, but clearly they didn't complete the job. But rest assured that you WILL be charged a huge fee if you pay your rent online and forget a digit of your account number and therefore your payment doesn't process, and another huge fee because now it's late, since they took three days to email you that the payment did not process. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. Just like the last establishment I lived in from this company, where my building was REPEATEDLY broken into, my own apartment once with thousands of dollars of items stolen, because they refused to fix the lock on the security door. Only rent from this leasing company if you don't care about anything in your apartment working or your safety!!!
