Haven Arms Apartments

I have lived in The Haven Arms Apartments for 2.5 years. I am a widow and I live alone. I feel very safe here. The Staff is very polite and is all ways there, when there is any problem. It is very close to the Philly Mills Mall and Transportation. I would, and have recommended the Apartments to my friends! ??????

living here for 5 years now , and love it here , when i had a problem with my toilet maintenance came right away , new manager always smiling and helpful ,( even when i call her at night time ). yes sometimes kids run in the hallway but that is okay. i will recommend this place , its also close to the mall .

Worst place I've ever lived. I've had a roach problem since I moved in and the noisiest neighbors ever. They blast music all hours of the day and night and the manager never does anything about it. They even blast music in the hallway outside of my apartment and when you ask them to turn it down they say they don't understand English. Can't wait for my lease to be up moving as far away as possible.

This Place is a Mess where do I start.....First few months living here Car was broken into, Annoying Loud Barely speaking neighbors who get drunk and fight all hours of the night....... Elevator always broken, They do Mandatory Monthly inspections as if this is a Dormatory or A Nursing Home or Government Assistance.....There Never Hot Water it's either Cold of COLD, Appliances are OutDated, Building Manager is a Joke she has no type of manners and always talks down to you,and it seems the... Officebis closed more than it's open Unable to Get a Dog but always Here a Chihuahua barking in one of the Efficiency apartment and finally saw it .......No type of Security I'm glad our lease is up in a month getting as far away from 'this place as possible Lee mas
