This place may have been considered “luxury” 10 years ago, but today it’s nothing more than a high priced housing project. You are forced to pay more and you get less and less. This complex truly becomes a nightmare after 5pm between the noise and lack of rule enforcement. It is barely tolerable when management is here. Speaking of which, they sit locked up in the office all day and never walk the complex to see what’s actually going on. If you do see them, it’s because they are giving a tour... and selling dreams to potential residents. I would not recommend that anyone move in here. Lee mas

Apartments are greatly and kept up-to-date. The property facilities could be improved. The admin updated the gym within aren't connected to internet so you can't use any of the on-screen features, even just basic things like speed or resistence, broken equipment, cleaning wipes empty). There is a central parking garage for the complex which is great for accessibility however there is frequently problems with car alarms going off for 15 minutes, blaring music, revving engines, even in the middle... of the night. This is amplified by the cars being feet away from half of the resident's windows, because again, central parking garage. Lee mas

my neighbors Dianna and Michael were welcoming and friendly. During a fire alarm other neighbors shared information and help me to navigate.

Thus far, my move-in experience have been nothing short of smooth. Markea have been excellent and gentle when dealing with my concerns. Markea offered all new move-in privilages and was great transitioning me on move-in day.

I absolutely love my apartment! I am so thankful for Duane’s giving me a tour twice! She is amazing. This is my first apartment alone and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
