Ameen’s is hands down the loveliest and most helpful in the building. She brings warmth and joy! Also, the other team members - Frank, Alonso, and Jasmine - make the building feel like a welcoming home!

Nice building. Friendly staff. Apartment is spacious with a lot of light from the huge windows. The elevators have been better recently, but when they are broken it takes a while for the others to come to your floor. Fire alarms go off a lot and are loud.
Amenities are very nice, but they have not really put much effort into updating some of the furniture over the years. There have been a few upgrades, but not enough to justify the sharp increase in rent I have been paying since moving in.
A... lot of the stores (Wawa) that were on the block of this building and The Ludlow have closed, and the vacant spots haven't opened anything new except a pizza place. So the surrounding area feels a little dead.
Ultimately, it has been a good experience but the price is now too high for what you get in return.

Great building. Can’t say the same about those who manage it. Help is hard to find when you need it, and when you do manage to find it you have to fight for it. Always made to feel like building errors are the residents fault and an inconvenience for the leasing office. Feeling trapped in my lease. So yeah, don’t recommend long term stays here.

I have lived here for about 3 years and has enjoyed how accessible it is to explore different areas of Philly with such ease! My fellow neighbors are super nice and respectful, and I can’t complain

Great place to live. Quiet, comfortable, good service. Wonderful location in the middle of the city. Had hoped for more opportunities to meet other tenants, but the ones we have attended have been a little lame.
