The Ludlow is such a great building. I moved here over 4 years ago from NYC and have not regretted it at all. The building is clean, secure and centrally located. Absolutely love the staff and only have had positive experiences. I would not hesitate to recommend!

I just moved into the Ludlow and it has been great so far! Ludlow staff are so friendly and helpful. The units are spacious and modern. Amenities are wonderful and always spotless. Location is perfect!

Lived here for going on 6 years and have really enjoyed my experience thus far. Always appreciate how clean the building and amenities are kept and love the community events. There are some frustrating aspects such as the outdoors grills being broken for months, I think only 1 works. I have expressed this prior. Also I have suggested a water refill station in the gym for years so hoping for that and think it’d be much appreciated from residents.

Awww, thanks! We really appreciate your kind words about The Ludlow Apartments! Currently 2/3 grills are fully functional; the 3rd requires the installation of an additional gas line, as the original propane tank set up is no longer fit for use. The... addition of a water refill station is a frequent topic of discussion in the office as well. To install, an additional water line is needed, and several amenities would need to be shut down during the install and wall repairs. Due to this, the project has been put on hold for now. When these repairs and additions are completed, announcements will be sent to all residents with the updates. Thank you again for the awesome feedback! We hope you have a great day.
