Eland Downe Townhomes

Eland Downe is a modest living community where there is a common community feel. Everyone is neighborly, courteous and polite. Everyone seems to generally get along well with everyone else. The landscaping is great and the apartment homes offer a lot more space than what it appears from the outside. The managing of the developed has changed in recent years along with the philosophy, a more corporate structure, but even with that, the current management group is still very polite and... accomodating. These are great 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses in the heart of Phoenixville. Supermarkets, Drug Stores, and Restaurants are abundant in the immediate area. Easy to get to the King of Prussia area, PA Turnpike, and other shopping (clothes, shoes, office supplies, etc.) The rent is reasonable in conjunction with other apartments in the vicinity. The rear deck to each townhouse is very spacious for those outdoor get together times. There is an on sight indoor pool and exercise room. Both dogs and... cats are permitted. Maintenance is a plus...they're quick to respond to any repairs. A nice place to live...affordable, pleasant, and friendly! Lee mas

The staff here is incredibly helpful; it is located only a couple minutes from downtown Phoenixville, but is its own community within the residence. There is an indoor pool and gym on the property.

The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. The houses are very well maintained and the carpets and kitchen recently upgraded. The deck is great.
sonce moving in, i honestly can't think of a single issue! Oh, you get multiple car park slots assigned with plenty of guest spots too. I'm very pleased with Eland Downe.
