The maximum number of Adult Occupants is 2 due to the size of the bedrooms. The neighborhood is excellent and surrounded by quiet home owners. We are looking for a stable tenant who would enjoy those surroundings.

Currently the back unit is Owner Occupied, thus giving the front Tenant excellent service and security as well as trustworthy neighbors. The Owner encourages the privacy of the Tenants. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior that would encroach on other residents rights of quiet enjoyment.

Tenant is required to pay for all utilities. All pets are strictly case by case basis. Home has not been smoked in and no smoking in the home is allowed by tenants or guests. All Occupants must be approved by the Owner. Maximum Occupancy is 5, (2 Adults and 3 Children) based on the layout of the house and size of the bedrooms.

First month's rent plus security deposit is required to move-in, but tenants who can include the last month's rent will be given priority. Income verification and references will be required. Credit history will be verified, but qualification will NOT be based soley by your credit score.

Owner/Manager is courteous and treats tenants professionally and with respect and expects the same.
