Thank you for sharing your feedback with Ascent 430. We want to assure you our new management team is committed to improving and ensuring our resident’s satisfaction, and we are happy to report the contractor for the asphalt is scheduled for Thursday... . We have not had anyone report an injury due to a slip /fall in the parking lot; our community is salted when snow/precipitation is over 2” and all salting is done in-house. We sent out an email reminder to all our residents that includes this information and advised in the email reminder that residents are encouraged to notify us if additional salting is needed in any area. We do encourage residents to exercise caution, and if a slip/fall does occur, report it immediately to our team so we may file an incident report. We hope sharing this information has helped.
