I am a resident at Cumberland Crossing since September 2021.
After moving in I noticed something wrong regarding the tub in my one bath apartment. While showering the tub moved back and forth with my movement. I reported the problem to one of the office personnel. While sympathetic with my problem offered no solution. I gingerly and cautiously showered each day concerned about falling.
Sometime in 2024 my garbage disposal failed. To report the problem, I met a newly employed rental... agent Meridith Dionne who seemed interested is solving my garbage disposal problem. Within a couple of hours Keith arrived and replaced the worn garbage disposal. I mentioned the tub problem to Keith and he suggested I speak with the Merideth.
Later, I spoke to Merideth about the tub issue. She offered to investigate and let me know of a possible solution. Within a day Merideth called me with a plan, to schedule an outside workman, to address the tub problem. Within a week the workman arrived and opened the plaster wall and provided a shim system of wood support and injection of foam material, when cured and hardened, is intended to firm and support the tub. Thank you, Meridith for addressing this serious issue.
Recently a piece metal in the toilet flush mechanism failed. At 8:30 AM, I alerted Meridith of the failed toilet flush. At 11:00 AM the toilet had been repaired. Thank you, Merideth for timely attending to this very important problem.
Cumberland Crossing is fortunate to have, Merideth Dionne, a dedicated, conscientious, capable office manager and rental agent representing them.

Great location. Decent amenities. Laundry in unit is super nice. Very quiet neighborhood with great access to 295. The only thing it’s missing is a car charger or outdoor outlet to plugin

maintance was very quick and fixed everything, apartment was nice and clean when we arrived. lauren was very nice during our move in and gave us lots of helpful resources
