Unit is ok, but overall very frustrated!
I was very excited to move into this building, but after moving in new management took over. Overall, the experience has been decent, and the unit itself is nice. However, I have been very frustrated by a number of things, including:
-NO community events (it is December and the last event was this summer)
-Residents are being forced to use a new package service called Fetch. It's a horrible middle man, and they have already lost/delayed the delivery of many packages
-Wifi in the club room... does not work (this would be a nice place to work during the day)
-Valet trash is inconsistent
-Kitchen appliances are horrifically old school. They might be "new", but the dishwasher has a heat coil in it and the oven and W/D are not much better
-If there is a piece of trash in the hallway/building, expect it to stay there for weeks (for example, there were bags of dog poo left in one of the entrances for 2+ weeks).
- Management is aware of many things broken/not working but don't fix it for months/if not at all

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear that you had a less than satisfactory time living here. We value our residents and have been working on improving upon the community to make the living experience here the best for our residents.... We put Fetch in place to make the package system much more efficient and secure. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and we would love to learn more about how we may improve this system. As for events, we have been consistent in having food trucks and various events when we can, weather pending. This year will bring many more community events and we are excited for all to come.
