A Very Happy Heyward Tenant

I made the decision to relocate to the Charleston area and decided on The Heyward site unseen until I got here on Dec. 14th and couldn't be happier.
The leasing office answered so many of my questions from out of state and put my mind at ease that everything was going to work out just fine..... and it did. Michaela and Jack were so helpful the whole time leading up to me arriving and after I arrived.
It's a beautiful complex...the pictures don't do it justice.
I'm so happy with my choice to be a... tenant at The Heyward.

Love it!!!

I absolutely love this apartment complex! The property is beautifully maintained—everything is so clean and well-kept. The clubhouse is fantastic, with a gym and a pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The apartments themselves are incredibly spacious and have plenty of storage, which is such a rare find. Plus, having a garage for extra storage is such a bonus!

What really sets this place apart, though, is the management. Michaela is amazing! She is always so kind, approachable, and willing to go... the extra mile to help residents. It’s clear she truly cares about making this a great place to live. I couldn’t recommend this complex more highly!

Great living experience at The Heyward

I’ve been living at The Heyward for a couple of months, and it’s been a great experience. The property is well-maintained, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the amenities and overall atmosphere are excellent. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Great place to live!

I have lived at the Heyward for almost 4 years and love it so much. They are also very helpful and quickly responsive with maintenance too. The staff is all so nice. The amenities are great as well! I would definitely recommend the Heyward to anyone!!
