Decent apartments for those who want no roommates
Pros:
- One room apartments are available, which is not easy to find in Clemson (sharing an apartment with 1, 2 or 3 roommates is most common)
- Staff are friendly and ready to assist if any repairs are needed.
- Kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave (plus the mandatory refrigerator and stove)
- Central cooling/heating system
- Washer and dryer included in the apartment
- Carpeted floor
- Swimming pool, gym and tennis court in the community
- The community is on the Catbus route, and it is... within walking distance to a grocery store (Ingles) and hardware store (Lowe's)
Cons:
- Walls are so thin I can even hear the neighbors snoring during nighttime
- Appliances and apartment finishing are rather old (window blinds, faucets, light switches, toilet, bathtub, kitchen cabinets)
So, overall this is a decent place to live specially if you want to live by yourself and you want to do the laundry without leaving your apartment, and you do not mind the old finishing. Rent is not the most expensive in the area, but it is not the cheapest either, and no utilities are included (opposite to several other communities for which at least water is included in monthly rent).
