WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
THE POOL IS FAKE. Yes there is a pool, it was fixed up for pictures only. It does not and will not be available to actually be used.
Management has changed a few times in my time living here, NOT a good sign.
Rent increases every lease term— they don’t update anything expect the price. So no new appliances if you didn’t already have them.
THEY WILL ALSO INCREASE YOUR RENT VIA EMAIL AFTER YOU ALREADY SIGNED YOUR LEASE! THEY DONT EVEN TAKE THIER OWN TERMS SERIOUSLY!
Yes, they can afford to use... a drone to take aesthetically pleasing pictures of the property, but they don’t actually take care of the property.
Oh and if you get roaches or other bugs? Enjoy your new roommates because they don’t maintain regular pest control! But wait you also have to pay for that too as apart of your lease! Just breaking lease agreements left and right like it’s okay! It’s almost like they aren’t reading what they have us sign, what a wonderful way to run your company.
Front Desk and Maintenance team is severely understaffed, so good luck on getting your calls or service requests answered. Even maintenance emergencies are neglected! Our water was turned off with ZERO notice and no one was able to be reached. We had to sit with no running water in our apartment for 24 hours.
But yet the rent increases every new term.
As for the bot or “owner” replying to reviews, no I will not be emailing your management team about this as you don’t take any of your residents concerns seriously. The only thing you do take is our money. What your cash grab company can do is respond to my Certified Mail, as we will escalate legally if this company continues its negligence.
