Reserve at River Walk Apartamentos

We truly appreciated the leasing agent's quick and professional response to all of our questions, and a very thorough walk-through of the apartment unit and exceptional features on the property. This apartment was a top contender, but we had a truly tight move-in schedule that couldn't be accommodated for us. Nonetheless, I truly appreciated the agent's candor in reviewing all options available to us at this property. While the Reserve at River Walk was not an ideal fit for us with our... present schedule, we will certainly consider these apartments again if the opportunity arises. Thank you again! Lee mas

The office personnel were very accommodating and friendly. We appreciate how they worked with us and made moving in a little easier. I wish I knew the ladies name that helped but she really did go above and beyond!!

A great place to live the staff is delightful!!!! The property is very well maintained and very safe

Since living here (6 months period) there have been gun shots more than twice in the complex, packages delivery but sent back by office workers. gym is uncleaned and equipments don't work at all. When the water piped burst in the walls of my bedroom, some of my personal belongings were damaged. The person on call came storming into my apartment AFTER the fireworkers arrived who were supportive. The on-call person yelled out and said, "I wish these fools would get out of my way so I can deal... with this and go back to bed". I called the office once they opened to see if the news was given to them. The only response I received from the property manager when asked about the pipes being turned off and me not possilbly having water, "well did you try turning on the water to even see that it's working?" These people have no sympathy at all for their residents!!! Which is why I see people moving out each month. I will be moving out when my lease is up. and OH if you rent here PLEASE DONT FORGET THAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM A 60 DAYS NOTICE or it will effect you. Lee mas

The Reserve at River Walk is a excellent community where you will never have to worry about any loud noises, people hanging out all the time or your safety. Everyone that lives there for the most part, are working, professional, or students. There are a lot of amenities (pool, gym, tennis courts, trails to walk, etc). IT is a bit pricey but for what you are paying for at times it's worth it. It is really close to all the major highways and you can get downtown or to Harbison within 10 minutes.... The apartments are spacious and there are walk in closets. Really good for roommates who want their space (they have roommate style apartments). Definitely a nice place to live. Lee mas
