Not great, but not terrible
I've lived at the Willows for around 6-7 months now. The office staff are always friendly and willing to help, however, whenever something needs fixing in my apartment I already know it is going to take anywhere from a few weeks to months to get it fixed. My rent is ridiculous, and yet I haven't had a bedroom light since November (it is now the end of January). If you need something fixed, you have to continuously call the office (if you don't, simply putting in a service request is not enough... and it will not get acknowledged). I have also noticed that the water has a certain smell to it (sort of like onions). Overall, though, I do feel safe in the community and they are continuously trying to improve the complex.
