Willows at Fort Mill Apartments

I recently had a dryer fire. Thankfully t was small RPM has lied to me telling me vendors were here for “ preventive maintenance “ and there was so much lint buildup in wall pipes .

Preventive maintenance “ in the 5 years I’ve lived in this apartment .

I've lived at the Willows for around 6-7 months now. The office staff are always friendly and willing to help, however, whenever something needs fixing in my apartment I already know it is going to take anywhere from a few weeks to months to get it fixed. My rent is ridiculous, and yet I haven't had a bedroom light since November (it is now the end of January). If you need something fixed, you have to continuously call the office (if you don't, simply putting in a service request is not enough... and it will not get acknowledged). I have also noticed that the water has a certain smell to it (sort of like onions). Overall, though, I do feel safe in the community and they are continuously trying to improve the complex. RPM took over management 2 mouths after I moved in. They're so pleasant to speak with and make you feel so comfortable asking questions about anything this team is really great.

Convenient location close to Fort Mill areas and Pineville. Spacious surrounding area. Average apartment and amenities. Ideal for transplant individuals to get to know the area. Affordable.

The office people are nice, but it takes one or two times to get something done or an answer. Maintenance is not knowledgeable or empathic to the issues people living here are facing even though its their job to fix it - blames or insinuates the person is dumb.
