The Best Place To Call Home!!

Amber Chase is by far the BEST place I’ve lived! To have an awesome landlord that actually cares about her tenants and always goes over and beyond. Mrs. Denise definitely deserves landlord of the year. The homes are so beautiful and always clean the maintenance men are so nice and always there when you need them, I absolutely love it here.??

Fantastic!


Denise has been a life saver! My college son and 2 of his teammates are transferring to Lander and I’m a state away from it all! She has been kind, thorough, and prompt in all correspondence! She has made this stressful process as smooth as possible and has answered the multitude of questions I’ve thrown at her with grace and patience. They toured the apartment today and were very impressed and excited to begin this new phase in life. Thanks Denise!

Awesome Staff

I just cannot get over how awesome the staff is at this complex! They are great! Ms. Denise is the most down to earth and understanding landlords and the maintenance staff is always tentative and understanding! I would recommend Amber Chase to anyone! The place is wonderful and very well kept as well!

Horrible place

Do not live here unless you want to constantly deal with broken everything and never being fixed.
