Nice Staff, building/grounds needs updating

Everyone here is super helpful and nice. Only wish there was laminate "wood" flooring in the entry/kitchen/bathroom/laundry, as the old/yellow peel and stick laminate is unappealing. The pool is clean but it needs to be resealed and all of the grounds need better landscaping. The ground covers are dying and there is flooding issues in pathways.

Good experience

Have been living here over a year. All the staff in the front office are amazing and sweet. The maintenance crew also works very fast and does the job right. My only concerns is the lack of updating, laminate flooring needs to be change to wood laminate flooring, as they all peel in every apartment. The countertops in both bathrooms and kitchens should get changed out to non-laminate, to help the apartment complex come to 2020. The dog areas could be better monitored and maintained. Lots of... residents leave dog poop in the dog fenced in area and a lot of red ants. The overgrown ground covers and flooding is a big issue that needs to be addressed. Also the first floor apartments should have railings put in unless they're charging them extra to have mini-yards that people clutter with outdoor junk and for their safety. The pool also needs to be resealed and once again, ground cover is super over grown and comes into the fence. Overall, love living here, just wish the easy updates, maintenance of the outside and railings on the first floor would be put in.

?? Our Home

My family and I are going on our second year here at West Chase and we are looking forward to more ?? From the moment we moved here, the office staff has been nothing but gracious, kind, accommodating and a wonderful source of laughs, hugs and sometimes cries since. They have truly become Family. I live here with my husband and 5 year old son in a 2b2b on the first floor. We love the amount of space inside as well as the ability to just run out the door to the playground or pool when desired. ... Maintenance has always been quick to respond at ANY hour of the day or night. They are professional and caring and never complain when my son wants to watch every thing they do! Lol..
I honestly can’t say enough about everyone here.. even the residents are awesome! We hope you will make West Chase your home like we did... We’ll see you at the pool! ??

Going on Ten Years

I moved to West Chase in 2008. I went from a 3 to a 2 bedroom after my daughter graduated college. I could have moved to another complex but I chose to stay here. Some people consider an apartment just put an apartment, but to me it's home. I want to thank everyone from the Management to the Maintenance. I never worry about anything, all I do is call the office and the issue is taken care of. Wonderful People and Great Place to live. What more can I ask for. Sincerely, The Davey Family

My stay at westchase

The apartments are too thin and the management don't know how to place people my stay was very horrible I work 12 hours a day sometimes 7 days straight and I can never come home to peace and quiet and when you talk to management they say they will take care of it but it's never handle I wouldn't recommend no one to these apartments!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate all feedback, the good and the not-so good. With regard to placement, when prospective new residents tour our community, they are asked if they have any preferences such... as what floor they would like to live on. For example, someone who works third shift may sleep during the day and prefer a third floor so that if their neighbor is home all day, they are less likely to hear them. We then do our best to match that person's preferences with our current availability. Availability, however, has been very limited so someone who initially preferred a third floor may decide to take a lower floor because we had nothing else available on the third floor in their time frame. Should noise become an issue and a noise complaint be received by our office, we always address it the same day and tell the resident to let us know if the situation continues. Should the situation continue after we have addressed it, we want to know right away so that we can offer further assistance. We want all of our residents to enjoy their homes. My door is always open, please come by the office immediately if you are still experiencing this issue. Thank you again for sharing your experience, I hope to hear from you very soon!
