Terrible
Don't sign a lease here!!!! Numerous issues! If anything is wrong with your apartment be prepared to wait and be disappointed more than likely will not get fixed. Walls are paper thin!!! Poor customer service skills heck the office is rarely open costs compared to other locations better fits than at this location. Rental amounts are not equal between residents by a long shot. Be prepared for a dramatic increase when your renewal is up, also it's impossible to get out of your lease early without... it costing you an arm and a leg. Also vehicle break-ins are premium here multiple times at this location. Never happened before current property management company brought the property.

I apologize that your experience with maintenance was anything but exceptional as we have a great maintenance staff... that strives to go above and beyond for our residents. The office staff stays busy keeping up with our property and helping residents, so we can understand that if we are not available, it may be frustrating. Please call or feel free to wait until we are available and we will be more than happy to assist you. I apologize that the rent rates have not met your expectations, but we do keep up with market standards when setting rates.
