Great place to live.

Let me start by saying from the beginning Danielle has been nothing but great. She made sure that everything was communicated timely and everything was in order. We could not have been more happy with the proces, which was seamless. It has been a couple of weeks since we've moved in and the apartment is great. My husband and I was worried about the noise level when we moved in but we keep saying how quiet it is here, happy about that. There is only a couple of things that need to be addressed... but nothing is perfect but I know that they will be worked out. If you need a great place to live the Lewis Grand is the place to consider.

Easy relocation

Our relocation went very smooth. All of the paperwork was handled by email and it was simple to pick up our keys and move in.
The property is clean, well maintained.

You are better off anywhere else than here

Lived here for Two years and it was great until new management company took over. We have moved out and just got a bill from them where they are trying to Fraudulently get more money out of us.There are better places to live, avoid this place at all costs

We never charge unless we have pictures of damage which we do send to you along with your Final Account... Statement. If there is ever a question concerning our statement you can always stop by the office or give me a call. I will be happy to go over the statement with you.

New management is terrible

New management is terrible. They are implementing unreasonable policies, that are not in the lease. Now you can only have a single visitor 7 times, after which they are banned from parking for the next 30 Days. They are towing cars after the 7th visit, even though there are always plenty of open visitor spaces. If you would like to have a friend over even once a week, don't live here. If you want unreasonable policies dropped on you after you have signed your lease, by all means sign up for the... Lewis Grand.

However after listening to our residents concerns we have decided not to implement that parking policy and... also release the towing company from the previous management.
