Luxe at Market Common is a place worth calling home. The maintenance team is quick to repair any issue, big or small. The office staff is also exceptional as they bring a sense of community with numerous resident events monthly. PLUS the location is amazing! Nothing beats walking to the restaurants in Market Common, and you are just a short drive to the beach. AND you can’t talk about Luxe without mentioning the amazing amenities. Wonderful & friendly community. Office staff are so helpful and maintenance is fast! Activities are really fun, something different every month. Lots to do in the community within walking distance.

If you’re looking for somewhere to live in the area, this is the place to be!! The staff are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever met. I will be staying here as long as I can because of the wonderful staff, amazing amenities and just because of how beautiful this place truly is

This Luxe is Location Location, walk to everything Market Commons, great place to call home! Office Staff always go above and beyond, maintenance personnel always on point, the amenities are awesome and they love pets with a very cool dog park area with shade and pet wash station! 5Stars ??????????

Amenities, maintenance and grounds are spectacular. Resident events are always enjoyable and bring a sense of community. Ashley, Caroline, Emma and Taylor are always friendly and go above and beyond to help the residents enjoy their home
