Parkway Village Apartments

While I understand this is an income based property, I feel that anywhere you live, you should feel safe. I don’t feel safe at all. I have only been here 8 months and have had my apartment hit with a stray bullet, charged for something the last tenant left in the garbage disposal, people constantly smoking and fighting and none of the parents watch their kids, so kids are just cursing and fighting, constantly making a mess around the area. After my apartment got hit with a stray, it took them... forever to fix the hole in my wall and they didn’t really do anything after to up the safety (not that there was any to begin with). They have so many unnecessary rules, how you can’t back your car into a parking spot, you can’t have guests over after a certain time, you can’t hang out by your car after a certain time, etc. it’s like a prison, but they want all of your income. It’s hard to save money when they want to know about all of your income. I wouldn’t wish this apartment on my worst enemy. Lee mas

While it's a great starter place for people trying to get on their feet, I think this apartment needs a lot of work. Some of the appliances need updating, the cabinets are barely holding together and the floors creak so loudly when walking and trying to be quiet. They recently painted the outside doors and patio, but that's about it. They could also use a pool.

These apptm could use a little bit more cleaning and keep the ratchet out. We need a pool here
