Mold, rude intrusive landlords.

Black mold throughout. Water/mold damage to my personal property, the land lords would let themselves in and out at their leisure, they do not give appropriate notice for pest control or maintenance, there is no insulation so it is very expensive ($200/mo) to heat in winter time.
Landlords believe they’re being swindled at every turn and treat tenants (good or bad) like pests or thieves without cause; they are eager to blame, have disagreements, fight, or be triggered by nothing much at all or... a confused tenant.

Stay far away.
