New management is very poor
The new management is outrageously poor. Tenants are extremely dissatisfied with responses (very difficult to find someone to contact), quality of response, an added 1.5% cost added to your rent as a gratuity for management. Rent increases as often as twice a year. Just poor resolution of issues. Many tenants are either moving out, or contemplating moving out. Anyone who looks at the building should request to try to talk with existing tenants to get an accurate picture of the environment.
