This place is great! Management is super helpful, friendly, and very responsive! Maintenance is Excellent! Usually same day response if parts are in if not next day. Very affordable and very well built. Very quiet and great neighbors to boot!

I appreciate Management because they care about the cleanliness of the buildings and complex. Maintenance always takes care of any issue within a timely manner. They care about the residents and you can't beat the price, the apartment's are the best.

First time renting an apartment after owning a condo for over 23 years . I have been here for over a year and very happy with the apartment. Paulette was great in getting me into to an apartment at Meadow Ridge. It is very quiet and I feel very safe here.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years. When I initially was looking for an apartment in Sioux Falls, this place stood out due to the helpful management, value, and great location. Anytime I have had an issue with the apartment (which has been maybe a couple of times in my time here), the management and maintenance staff were swift and helpful in meeting my needs!
Anytime someone I know is looking for an apartment, I always recommend Meadow Ridge. I don’t know why anyone would want to live elsewhere... in south Sioux Falls!

The apartments are spacious with a nice, modern design in a quiet location just on the south side of Sioux Falls. Maintenance is top notch, fast and friendly. But the best part is the management. Paulette is so kind, friendly and always accommodating. I previously rented here, moved out and moved back in earlier this year and was so excited that Paulette was back as the manager. If you are looking for a new residence, Meadow Ridge is the answer!
