Rivendell Woods Townhomes

The community is decent, though not your typical apartment-style setup. There are no amenities such as a pool, gym, or playground, which may be a downside for families with children. There is a picnic and grill area available for events, but it's on a first-come, first-served basis.

The unit itself is nice enough, and it's a plus that you have your own front porch and a small back area. However, I wish there were more closet space, and it's not ideal that the A/C unit is located right in the... back area.

All the bedrooms are upstairs and fairly close together. The bathroom walls are thin—you can hear when someone is using the restroom, which may be a privacy concern.

Maintenance is very responsive, and work orders are handled well, which is a big positive.

Overall, I would rate this apartment 3.5 out of 5 stars. The score reflects the convenient location, but also the traffic congestion on Bell Rd, limited storage, and the unit’s layout. Lee mas

Peaceful and quiet! I love it here. I would recommend this property. The trash pickup service is great as well. Rooms are spacious and floor plans were designed well!

Love my new townhouse, it’s peaceful and quiet, with the bonus of easily accessible parking that makes coming and going a breeze. The leasing agents made move in 10x better and easier.
