I wish I had better things to say
Where do I begin... I have lived here one month.. Within the first 3 weeks living here I had a pipe burst in my apartment. It was a ton of water the issues wasn't addressed properly the first time I had to pull teeth to get them to come back and assess the problem. The noise level is ungodly. Unless you live on the 4th floor it is horrible and even then no guarantee. The walls are so thin the neighbor above me walks so hard I can hear every single footstep including his bed creeking at 3am. Not... to mention he sounds like he works out in his apartment so i am awakened EVERY MORNING at 5-6am to loud booming noise, its great for my insomnia. I have told office and wrote a respectful note to the neighbor politely asking him to please keep the noise down that early, we'll see if it helps. Another neighbor blasts music all night even though "quiet hours" begin at 10pm. The apartment building is clean and always has a pleasant smell. The location is nice and office staff seem friendly and willing to help, they have addressed most of my concerns in a timely manner and went above to get the move in date I needed. However, seems to be some turnover with the staff. No major issues with bugs but the seal on my patio door isn't tight so I get a few uninvited guest. I bought some trim to see if I can close the gaps. Parking is convenient. It's not a bad place to live its just rolling the dice on your neighbors and hopefully a pipe doesn't burst in ur apartment and they ignore you for over a week and just come paint over the stain. The noise and how they handled the pipe issue is my biggest complaint. Personally, I hate that I moved here.
