Wonderful Downtown Apartments!

My husband and I moved into the Vista Cameron Harbor apartment complex in May, and we absolutely love it! Carolyn Townsend is extremely kind and helpful! The gym and pool are very nice, and I often use the office lounge to get work done and sip on coffee/tea. Cannot recommend this apartment complex more!!!

Skip this place

At first the complex was very nice. The leasing agent gave us a tour of a furnished beautiful model apartment. After we moved in, we noticed how filthy the complex really was. Tenants would leave garbage everywhere. Doors were always broken with no security. We were on the second floor and there were pet urine stains all over the hallways. It smelled of urine so bad and when we reported issues to management, they stated , " they were aware and would be having the carpets cleaned."
Our... complaints fell on deaf ears. They would have maintenance install air fresheners to mask the urine smell.
The pool was a nightmare and rules were never enforced. Large groups of young people would take over the grill area and drink heavily.
Parking was terrible with lots of thefts.
Thank goodness we decided to move.

Dirty

Hallways and elevator are dirty. Entrance doors are always broken. Parking is a nightmare.
Staff is ehhhh. Not worth it.

Great Location and Staff

Absolutely love this location and Jennifer was so nice and helpful! Would highly recommended! She was very knowledgeable about the property and went out of her way to show me several different options of floor plans and all safety features. She made the application process very easy and I can’t wait to move in.

Great location and nice apartments

The location was great! You are walking distance from everything and being beside the river is very beautiful! They always have events or soemthing to do for the residents. I wish I could have lived here longer!
