CAUTION and BEWARE
CAUTION and BEWARE - of the Evergreen Real Estate Management Company. After two fantastic years of living at the Riverwalk of Cameron Harbor all of those joyful memories were abruptly and egregiously devastated.
Unfortunately I have fallen victim to the "same ole song and dance" you hear about this property with regard to a lease ending, dealing with automatic renewals, and auto drafts after lease has been fulfilled and now, you guessed it! Non-refund of my wrongfully drafted account.
Please... ensure you protect yourself and your hard earned dollars. There are PLENTY of other apartment complexes in Chattanooga that provide much better amenities, units, and management companies. I have lived at BlueBird Row and would highly recommend them and 1400 Chestnut to name if a few if you are in the market today!

Hi Hunter,
As we discussed with you in the office, even though your lease has an expiration date, you are still required to provide notice prior to vacating. This policy applies to all residents. It is also outlined in the lease agreement you signed... .
Regarding the auto-draft, it is the resident's responsibility to cancel any auto-draft payments. Unfortunately, the company or property management does not have access to make changes to this on your behalf.
We’re sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the way the lease agreement is structured, but as mentioned previously, the requirement to give notice is a policy that applies to all residents. We truly valued having you as a resident, but we cannot waive this policy for you and charge others for it.
We hope you understand, and if you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.
