Unprofessional and Poor Communication

The management at Cumberland Ridge Apartments is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. They are unresponsive to concerns, often ignoring emails and calls, and when they do respond, they are rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting residents with legitimate questions, they make the process frustrating and difficult. If you’re looking for a place with reliable and respectful management, I would not recommend this complex.

Great community been here for about a year now love it

I've lived here for a few years now and I've had a great experience. I haven't had issues with mold or mice. Any maintenance issue I had was fixed quickly. The area is safe and neighbors are friendly.

Moved in and found mice in the kitchen. Water leaked from the wall on multiple occasions. Mildew smell all the time and the prior tenant must have smoked in our unit because it stunk. They never brought a microwave to the unit so we had to buy our own. They never completed the pre leasing paper work and hit us up for a bill the replace the floors once we moved out and we had 0 spills or stains on them. The staff seems nice but this place is not worth the money they want and they screw you with... another bill at the end. Lee mas

I can not say enough positive things about living here! We rented a loft, which is completely beautiful! The pool, activities, and staff care about their tenants. The front office, are on top of things. I can not imagine living anywhere else but here. Thanks again to the front office for making our move flawless across the country!
