Maintenance Hot water heater was leaking, maintenance brought a new heater within the hour and had it installed. Standard/routine requests are always handled the next day and emergencies are handled almost immediately.

Noisy Buldings If you have neighbors above you , then you can hear them walking, kids playing, pets barking, water running. A lot of the tenants don’t clean up after their pets.
You have to be careful where you walk. Water and wastewater is not metered so you pay a percentage of the bill for the entire property , even if you were gone for the month.

A nice place to live! This is a very peaceful environment to live in, the staff is mindful of the residents when needing to enter the units for fire safety checks or maintenance requests. Which is usually notified days ahead through your choice of communication. Maintenance responds pretty quickly & resolves the issues in a timely manner. Grounds are kept cleaned & tidy as well. Parking for residents was an issue at first but no big deal but since they’ve enforced parking stickers, parking has... became better for us over night workers getting off in the morning. I’ve been here for a little over a year now & haven’t had a bad experience so far.

I truly loved my apartment! The staff was helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, cozy, and spacious. One of the top apartment complex’s within Clarksville!
